About these terms

These terms apply to www.frozenbasketug.com, run by Frozen Basket Ltd, trading as Frozen Basket ("we", "us"). By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

What the website is for

The website shows our menu, prices, opening hours and locations, and lets you get in touch. It does not take orders, bookings or payments itself. You order at the counter in our Kisementi shop, or for delivery by phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery

We deliver from 12:00 to 21:30 to Bukoto, Kisaasi, Naguru, Ntinda, Mulago, Kololo, Lugogo, Kyanja, Nakawa, Mawanda Road and Naalya. The minimum order is UGX 20,000. The delivery fee starts at UGX 5,000, depends on your location and is confirmed when you order.

Menu, prices and availability

• Prices are in Ugandan shillings (UGX) and can change without notice. The price charged at the counter is the one that applies.
• Flavours and products depend on what is available on the day, so something on the website may be sold out or no longer made.
• Photos show how products are usually served. What you receive may look a little different.
• Offers and promotions shown on the website or our social media run for a limited time and while stocks last, unless stated otherwise.

Allergies and dietary information

We mark products that contain nuts, and those made sugar-free or dairy-free, based on their recipes. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles milk, nuts and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from them. If you have an allergy or a medical dietary need, tell our staff before you order. Sugar-free and dairy-free labels describe the recipe and are not medical advice.

Opening hours and locations

We keep hours and locations up to date, but they can change, for example on public holidays. Branches marked "opening soon" are not open yet. If you are making a special trip, call or message us first.

Messages you send us

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, please be respectful and do not send anything unlawful or offensive. We aim to reply during opening hours, but we cannot promise a reply time.

Our content

The Frozen Basket name and logo, and the text, photos, videos, posters and design of this website belong to Frozen Basket Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, change or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the website fairly

Do not try to disrupt the website, get around its security, or copy large parts of it with automated tools. Do not use it in a way that breaks the law.

Other websites and services

The website links to and uses services run by others, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and it may show adverts from Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise that it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the website or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under the laws of Uganda.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, and the courts of Uganda deal with any dispute about them.
